Alrighty then, it looks like out of the two projects competing for focus, the horror novella/novel BEAST has moved ahead of the heist novel DOG PARK. It’s speaking to me with a clear and surprising voice and I’m excited to learn more about the eleven year old girl at the center of the story. I’ll share updates as I progress.

And never fear, I will return to DOG PARK, featuring the serial killer from my short story “Burial Suit.”
