Necon was virtual and renamed V-Con this year and simultaneously helped fill the void of “the conference season that wasn’t” and reminded me of how much I get out of in person conventions with writers and readers and publishers and editors and artists and…

I was asked to participate in a wonderful panel with several of my favorite writers – the subject was use of mythology and folklore in writing fiction and bore the wonderful title, “There’s an Ogre in my Basement.” We had a big turnout for the panel and I’m indebted to Matt Becthel for inviting my to play.

Next year we gather in person!!!
